Falkland, a historic village renowned for its sheer beauty, nestles
comfortably at the foot of the Lomond Hills. In the heart of rural
Fife, it is conveniently situated between
St Andrews and Edinburgh. The village of Falkland boasts one of the
country's first conservation areas and its own Royal Palace.
The Covenanter Hotel is an early 17th Century coaching inn situated
opposite the fountain right in the heart of the village. The hotel
is full of character with original oak beams, low ceilings and period
features.
